Strategic Enterprise Client Growth Director

At LinkedIn, we are committed to providing transformational opportunities for our employees by investing in their growth. As a Strategic Enterprise Client Growth Director, you will play a key role in helping our customers effectively engage with our solutions, such as Hiring & Learning.
We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team. You will be responsible for planning and prioritizing accounts, identifying revenue paths, mapping stakeholders, and considering economic or industry external pressures when crafting your account strategies.
You will maintain a high level of product expertise across the full LinkedIn Talent Suite, including Talent Intelligence, Recruiting, Learning, and Engagement SaaS products & features. This includes having a deep knowledge of competitive solutions in the market.
Your primary responsibility will be to secure renewals by mitigating churn, renew, and grow current customer product baselines. Additionally, you will drive net new revenue streams by selling cross-selling products available within your portfolio. You will use data and insights to support investment recommendations or overcome customer objections.
As a member of our team, you will initiate, lead, or participate in internal company-wide projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and contribute to the growth and success of our customers.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of applicable sales experience, with the ability to establish executive-level relationships in CAC40 accounts. They will also have experience in HR consulting or HR strategy and fluency in English & French.
A bachelor's degree is required, and a master's degree is preferred. The salary range for this position is approximately €90,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Based in Paris, this role offers a hybrid work option, allowing you to work from home and commute to a LinkedIn office, depending on what's best for you and your team.
