Avril Services recrute un(e) Responsable IT project delivery pour renforcer son équipe.

Le/la Responsable IT project delivery pilote son équipe et ses activités pour mener à bien les projets qui lui sont confiés avec un souci permanent d'atteinte des objectifs coûts / délais et qualité.

Les responsabilités du poste incluent :
  • Recrute / mobilise les ressources requises et s'assure du maintien à jour de leurs compétences
  • Est garant(e) de la bonne planification de son activité à moyen/long terme
  • Veille au bon niveau de communication et de reporting vis-à-vis des parties prenantes
  • Supervise les demandes de changement, les risques et les problèmes rencontrés dans la vie des projets
  • Contrôle la qualité des suivis budgétaires
  • S'assure de la clôture des projets et de la formalisation des retours d'expérience

Compétences requises
  • Acquis méthodologiques et capacité à prendre de la hauteur sur les activités projet de la DSI
  • Aisance vis-à-vis d'un périmètre large d'interlocuteurs (représentants métier, collaborateurs techniques et fonctionnels de la DSI, Comités de Direction)
  • Capacité à collaborer et interagir, y compris en anglais (impératif - niveau B2 minimum)
  • Connaissances des systèmes d'information, y compris les particularités propres aux ERP
