About Spartan Group
We're a leading DeFi middleware company that aims to revolutionize the way decentralized exchanges operate. Our core mission is to provide secure, efficient, and optimized trading solutions for individual traders and financial institutions to tap into the fragmented liquidity pools.
Our Tech Stack
We use cutting-edge technologies and industry standards and best practices. Our tech stack includes Solidity, TypeScript, Python, Redis, and more. All engineers are motivated to contribute code to all production modules. A significant part of our code is open source, where every team member contributes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and improve our core system, including web3 components and smart contracts
- Stay up-to-date with major DeFi protocols and Layer 2 scaling solutions
- Collaborate with developers and partners to build on our platform
- Ensure the security and scalability of our system
- Contribute to the product roadmap and make a significant impact using open-source code
Requirements
- Strong Computer Science background
- Strong software engineering experience using NodeJS/TypeScript
- Passionate and committed to learning new things and developing with the latest technologies and frameworks
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Work well in both a small agile team and independently
- Bonus: Experience writing Smart Contracts and understanding the EVM
