Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Retail IT Technician to join our team at Salomon IT & Digital. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of IT systems and networks within our EMEA store network.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Hardware configuration: Install and configure computers, software, and peripherals, as well as maintain and repair technological equipment such as routers and printers.
  • Network management: Install and manage LAN/WAN networks, servers, and IP addresses.
  • IT security: Implement security measures to protect data and systems against attacks.
  • Technical support: Provide technical assistance to users and train them in the use of equipment and software.
  • Upgrades: Carry out regular upgrades of systems to ensure their proper functioning.
  • Documentation and training: Keep records of repairs and interventions carried out, and inform partner companies of any changes or modifications to standards.

Additional Information

This is a full-time paid internship opportunity based in Annecy, at the Salomon headquarters. An internship agreement provided by your current school/university or equivalent is mandatory. The internship will last for 6 months, from January/March 2025.
