Sales Account Executive

ITA Airways is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team in Paris, France. As a key member of our Leisure & Business Sales function, you will be responsible for delivering targeted revenue results from an allocated client portfolio, developing existing relationships, and scouting for new revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and grow sales revenue generated by clients within a designated portfolio (corporate, business, or leisure as assigned).
- Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with clients to strengthen company market positioning.
- Identify new business opportunities within the portfolio and follow leads to new business sources in line with company strategies.
- Create and implement promotional and marketing activities focusing on increased sales revenue with existing and potential new clients.
- Negotiate commercial agreements with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal revenue growth.
- Minimum of 5 years of French consolidated experience in a similar position in the travel industry.
- Excellent command of French and English language. Italian is an advantage.
- Interpersonal skills, motivation, resilience, communication, and impact.
- Time management and self-motivation to deliver results.
- Permanent contract.
