At General Mills, we're on a mission to become the undisputed growth leader in food for the EUAU region. We're seeking a talented Shopper Insight Manager to join our team and help us achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead global insight and data analytics to strengthen our plans and support the team.
- Support the understanding of new channels and size business opportunities.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis on specific topics as needed.
- Participate in the Market Acceleration team to launch relevant studies and animate their use.
- Support teams for Nielsen briefings and other studies.
- Leverage analysis capabilities and bring more autonomy and responsibility to the teams.
- Coordinate relationships with external vendors, including quarterly collaboration meetings and presentation organization.
- Challenge providers to deliver accurate studies at the best cost.
- Coordinate locally launched studies by the regional team.
- Manage the Shopper Insight budget.
- Update weekly reports.
- Update monthly reports and provide monthly analysis.
- Conduct quarterly updates at Comex on key facts and insights, fueling CBR.
- Provide data for internal tools.
- Transition with Nielsen's new tool and create new reports.
- Have a strong knowledge of data tools (datasharing): what information, where.
- University or business school degree.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ideal experience within panelists (IRI, Kantar, Nielsen).
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
We offer a fixed-term contract for maternity leave coverage, located in Boulogne-Billancourt, with an attractive salary package (fixed + bonus + interest/participation).
