Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PMS Deployment Lead to join our Global Property Management team at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the transition of our global portfolio of 1300+ hotels to our new Property Management Suite, Opera Cloud & Colleague Advantage.

Key responsibilities include preparing hotel configuration data, conducting project kickoff and training webinars, and migrating data to the new PMS. This role requires strong relationships with Hyatt's PMS vendors and the ability to deliver and prepare training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare hotel configuration data in accordance with Hyatt standards
  2. Conduct project kickoff and training webinars
  3. Migrate data to the new PMS
  4. Develop and deliver training materials

Requirements:

  • Reservations, Front Office or related rooms operations experience (2+ years)
  • Hotel Supervisory Experience in Operations (2+ years)
  • Robust experience with Hyatt's business practices in use with Oracle's Opera Property Management System
  • Experience in delivering and preparing training
