About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at DSM. As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Europe Sales team in driving business growth and process digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales partners to develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Manage commercial data in SAP and other tools, analyzing it to propose action plans and drive business decisions
  • Coordinate the flow of information between internal departments and customers, anticipating future needs and opportunities
  • Participate in business development by qualifying prospects and managing small customers

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and French, with a strong understanding of the sales and marketing landscape
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP and the Office package, with experience in data analysis and business development
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Sales/Marketing, or Chemistry
  • First experience in sales, purchasing, or supply departments, preferably in the ingredients or aroma business
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a ability to work in a team environment
