Job Title: International Trainer for Travel Retail CDI H/F
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled International Trainer to join our Travel Retail team in EMEA. As a Fragrance Trainer and Coach, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our Beauty Consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Development: Contribute to the performance development of Travel Retail teams by analyzing and identifying training needs, organizing and delivering training sessions, and coaching Beauty Consultants to meet brand requirements.
- Training Presentations and Digital Tools: Adapt and develop training presentations and digital training tools to enhance the expertise of sales associates, collaborate with international teams to adapt tools based on training needs, and manage the feed and back office of the e-learning platform and application.
- Reporting and Budget Monitoring: Assist the Retail Excellence Manager in budget management, develop reports after each training session, and share feedback and best practices during monthly meetings with sales representatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a training department in the cosmetics and perfume industry.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English.

- Frequent travel within the zone is to be expected.
