Junior Digital Content Creator

Jitrois is seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Digital Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our Creative & Digital Team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's visibility and engagement on various social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Meta and TikTok trends, features, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Perform bi-weekly benchmarks on social media content strategies launched by competitors and other industry players.
  • Develop innovative content that aligns with our online tone-of-voice and brand strategy.
  • Assist the Creative Manager with shooting organization and production.
  • Engage with influencers and other content creators for collaborations and cross-promotions.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and assess the performance of content, making data-driven decisions for future publications.
  • Actively engage with our community, fostering a positive and interactive environment.
  • Oversee announcements, the social media editorial calendar, and updates related to new season releases.
Requirements:
  • Passionate about fashion, luxury, and the social media world.
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Design, Graphic Design, Art Direction, or Communication.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software.
  • Advanced image retouching experience, proficiency in video editing.
  • Experience in managing a business account on Meta or TikTok, understanding its dynamics.
  • Curiosity about viral trends and what makes content successful.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms.
  • Highly organized, autonomous, dynamic, proactive, and visionary.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
  • Fluent in English; other languages such as German and French are highly appreciated.
