Your Responsibilities

Engage in key IT initiatives associated with Retail, Digital, and Customer Relationship Management, while working alongside Headquarters, regional teams, and external collaborators.

  • Evaluate business workflows and collect IT specifications
  • Contribute to Retail and Point of Sale initiatives
  • Deploy new functionalities and modules
  • Oversee projects from the analysis of requirements to implementation
  • Coordinate with partners and team members
  • Deliver training to users
  • Ensure that solutions align with initial specifications
  • Provide high-quality and responsive support to users
  • Maintain an efficient operational environment in retail locations
  • Document project details and processes

Your Profile

  • Final-year student in engineering, business administration, or related disciplines
  • Adaptable, organized, and a team player
  • Strong communication abilities and a quick learner
  • Passionate about fashion, retail, and technology
  • Fluent in English
