ROLE CONTEXT


The Cloud Broker Executive Manager for XL Market is a key role within AXA Group Operations, responsible for leading the Cloud Broker team in Europe (except France) and Latin America, as well as supporting the Head of Cloud Brokers in developing a clear sourcing strategy.


RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Manage AXA GO cloud broker teams in Europe (except France) and Latin America, and AXA entities cloud brokers in Italy, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver their responsibilities.
  • Support the delivery and realization of AXA entities' cloud platforms, ensuring they are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Support the delivery of the ATLAS program, driving innovation and execution to achieve the program's goals.
  • Implement agile practices to improve the time-to-market for business enablement, ensuring that AXA entities can quickly and easily adopt new cloud solutions.
  • Deliver cloud consultancy and project management capacities to AXA entities for their business and cloud projects.
  • Support a transversal team capability to support entities' technical onboarding and cloud migrations, ensuring a smooth transition to new cloud solutions.
  • Support the monitoring and billing of AXA entities' cloud products consumption, building a strong FinOps role in collaboration with the Global FinOps Team and the Cloud Business Office.
  • Foster synergies in technical areas, implementing solutions to use them with local Cloud Broker teams.
  • Define contacts within the team for GO products, keeping teams up-to-date with product progress.
  • RELATIONSHIP BUILDING

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with AXA entities, stakeholders, and teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
    • Build trust and credibility with AXA entities, demonstrating expertise and knowledge in cloud solutions and technologies.
    • Engage with Cloud Product teams, ensuring alignment on cloud evolution and promoting adoption of AXA GO cloud products.
    • Support a constructive dialogue between AXA entities and Cloud products teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

  • TEAM MANAGEMENT

    • Lead and manage the Cloud Broker team, ensuring they have the necessary skills, resources, and support to deliver their responsibilities.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and morale.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

REQUIREMENTS


The ideal candidate will have 15+ years' experience in enterprise IT, with significant experience in team management, infrastructure management, cloud platforms, and business fronting or presales.


They will have proven ability to navigate and influence in a transversal management context, balance autonomy and good collaboration skills, and support critical business projects and deal with challenging situations.


Strong management skills, including the ability to facilitate, lead, inspire, and motivate, are essential, as well as high-level resiliency, accountability, and commitment.


A strong leader and change management mindset, with experience in multi-cultural complex environments, is also required.


Excellent English spoken and written communication skills are necessary, with ideally additional language skills to favor local interactions with AXA entities.


Good technical knowledge of cloud solutions, infrastructure, and applications, as well as good understanding of Cloud Service Providers' solutions and strategy, are beneficial.
