Nous recherchons un(e) Customer Sucess Manager pour renforcer notre équipe de direction Médias et Salons. En tant que membre de notre équipe, vous contribuerez à l'assistance et à l'accompagnement de nos clients.
Missions clés :
- Définir les KPIs des annonceurs et assurer la livraison des campagnes en étroite collaboration avec les équipes AdOps.
- Identifier et résoudre les demandes des clients.
- Analyser les performances des campagnes et faire des recommandations pour les futures campagnes sous la forme de rapports post-campagne.
- Faire le lien entre les différentes équipes en interne (set-up, technique, publicité, content..).
- Améliorer le taux de satisfaction des clients et les fidéliser.
- Recueillir les feedbacks des clients afin d'améliorer et faire évoluer les process existants.
Compétences requises :
- Expérience significative en relation client.
- Formation Bac+2 à Bac+5 en marketing et technologies digitales.
- Expérience similaire et significative en Customer Success Manager B2B.
- Sensibilité pour les secteurs du B2B et/ou du digital.
- Autonomie, réactivité et proactivité.
- Ecoute active, sang-froid, patience et esprit d'équipe.
- Initiative et envie de relever des défis.
- Compétences analytiques et de reporting.
