The WHE Product Group encompasses all operational functions associated with the Welded product line, collaborating closely with R&D through to Service, Sales & Market Support.
Are you ready to tackle the challenge of transforming our products and supply chain to meet future demands within the Welded Business? You will be part of an organization focused on enhancing both its capacity and capabilities.
The role we present is integral to a strategically significant and dynamic project management organization within the Product Group WHE, concentrating on engineer-to-order projects of greater complexity.
Your Responsibilities
As a vital team member, you will assist with the following:
Oversee a team of project managers Manage demand and resource allocation Develop and ensure processes and templates for a consistent approach Administer the project office budget and supervise assigned project managers Serve as a liaison among various stakeholders Be accountable for outcomes and milestone achievements Hold the authority to make decisions, manage the project budget, and allocate resources within specified parametersYour Qualifications
You possess a bachelor's degree in engineering along with project management experience relevant to similar applications and clients, including the following preferred skills:
Ensure seamless flow of customer requests throughout the entire order cycle Ability to manage customer projects to ensure project objectives are met, customer expectations are satisfied, and relationships are maintained effectively within contractual limits Capability to manage customers, suppliers, and internal functional teams as necessary Strong cooperation and communication skills; a high level of transversal management and leadership Familiarity or experience with LeanSixSigma methodologies is advantageous Structured and analytical mindset; positive and solution-oriented Proficient in planning and executing projects Ability to handle multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed Skills to advocate ideas and inspire others Competence in managing information flow for project and risk management to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and quality-focused project delivery Proficient in Microsoft Office, including project management toolsAdditional Information
