Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Industrial and Financial Systems. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion across our target market.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of enterprise software sales and a proven track record of delivering sales results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions and drive customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reporting to ensure timely and effective decision-making
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise software sales
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix-rich organization and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
