Global Service Desk Analyst with German Language Support

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Mettler-Toledo International Inc. This role will provide technical support to our international clients, with a focus on German-speaking countries.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first- and second-level technical support for IT-related issues, including software and hardware troubleshooting.
- Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and tickets from employees concerning IT issues and queries.
- Collaborate with other teams across units to resolve complex technical issues.
- Log all phone calls in the Service Desk tool (ServiceNow).
- Ensure phone queue SLA are met.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide coverage when required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
- Advanced ability to gather, monitor, and document data.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Team orientation with M365: Azure, Exchange, Intune, etc.
- Good knowledge of IT Service Desk operations; proficiency with ServiceNow is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products.
- Knowledge and working experience in PC/Laptop troubleshooting and providing end-user support.
- Experience in providing IT support in computer, network, and server-related areas.
- Knowledge of Active Directory Services, MS Exchange, VPN, Network, MS Office suite, Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365.
