About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director of People and Culture to join our team. As a key member of our People and Culture function, you will be responsible for assisting in leading the People and Culture strategy and execution, overseeing the day-to-day running of the People and Culture function, and championing top talent and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading the People and Culture strategy and execution
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the People and Culture function
  • Champion top talent and succession planning
  • Support the hotel as a Business Partner
  • Foster relationships with others as a coach
  • Support and drive Corporate People and Culture initiatives
  • Employee counseling
  • Manage the financials of the budget
  • Conduct regular audits of People and Culture records
  • Organize and supervise all employee experience programs
  • Active support for recruitment, selection, onboarding requirements, evaluating the effectiveness of People and Culture programs and initiatives, and analyzing compensation and benefits trends

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in People & Culture leadership role required, preferably within a hospitality environment
  • Solid experience in Human Resources Leadership and Strategy, Employee Relations and Engagement, and Talent Acquisition
  • Excellent emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate must be fluent in English and French, both verbal and written
  • Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality
  • Requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in Workday and Microsoft Office
