Brand Creative Lead

BYD Europe is seeking a Brand Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing visual identity guidelines for our brand, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain visual identity guidelines for the brand, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Manage the implementation of visual identity guidelines across various channels and touchpoints, including advertising, marketing materials, and product design.
- Conduct design reviews to ensure that all materials meet brand standards and are free from errors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing and sales materials align with brand visual identity guidelines.
- Develop and design promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations, that showcase the brand's visual identity.
Key Results:
- Consistency in brand visual identity across all channels and touchpoints.
- Effective implementation of visual identity guidelines.
- Enhanced brand awareness and positioning.
- Improved customer engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in branding and design.
- Strong understanding of visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Excellent design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
