Senior Sales Manager

Greif is a leading supplier of industrial packaging products and services, with a global footprint across over 35 countries and 250+ locations. We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead our country sales teams in France for all steel, plastic and closures products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the success of sales for both existing and new customers.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Develop pricing and associated strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and achieve sales budget and incentive goals.
  • Build and champion relationships with operations to ensure cross-department collaboration.
  • Provide management with sales analytics related to budget, sales achievements, and market penetration.

Requirements:

  • Significant sales experience within markets relating to chemicals, pharma, plastics, lubricants or similar.
  • Team leadership capability with responsibility for team performance and creating vision.
  • Effective communication skills to translate strategy into operational activities.
  • Agility in adapting to business changes.
  • Fluency in French and English.
