Job Description

As a Partner Solution Sales professional at Microsoft, you will play a critical role in driving commercial partner business and building a strong sales organization. Your mission will be to develop and execute a Partner Solution Sales and Territory plan with partners, driving sales through both partner-led and co-sell initiatives to achieve quarterly Financial Revenue Attainment (FRA).

Responsibilities
  • Own the Azure pipeline and leverage investments to drive pipeline velocity in Small/Mid-market and Corporate Solution Area revenue.
  • Be accountable for the Solution Area revenue forecast for your portfolio of assigned partners.
  • Coach the value of Azure to your aligned partners and secure their commitment for further solution sales practice acceleration to increase their share of wallet.
  • Drive inbound referral sharing for contribution to the Qualified Pipe and Top of Funnel with Direct Partners.
  • Support the partner in driving top key deals to deliver revenue impact to the business, assisting in removing commercial blockers and coaching on compete challenges.
