Global Food Ingredients Sales Director

We are seeking an accomplished sales professional to lead our food ingredients sales efforts in France. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a seasoned executive with a proven track record of driving sales growth and expansion in the region.
About the Role- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing a team of sales professionals, focusing on expanding our customer base and increasing revenue from key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Motivate and coach the sales team to deliver exceptional results and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize sales potential.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the food ingredients industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, expansion, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Education:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Salary Range:
- $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
Location:
- Home office based, with regular travel to client sites and internal meetings.
