Poste de Commercial Development Manager

Nous recherchons un Commercial Development Manager pour rejoindre notre équipe de passionné(e)s et aider à révolutionner la gestion des chantiers.

En tant que Commercial Development Manager, vous serez chargé(e) de développer la commercialisation de notre plateforme digitale en Ile-de-France, auprès des Maîtres d'ouvrages.

Vos missions seront de :

  • Mener le développement commercial
  • Gérer et développer les comptes clients attribués et accords cadres
  • Suivre les opportunités en cours et qualifier de nouvelles opportunités
  • Fidéliser la clientèle existante
  • Acquérir de nouveaux clients
  • Identifier, prospecter et développer de nouveaux comptes par l'effet réseaux
  • Développer et fidéliser un réseau de partenaires dans l'écosystème des chantiers
  • Être l'ambassadeur de notre marque (presse, réseaux sociaux, salons, évènements...)
  • Assurer le déploiement et le suivi des projets signés
  • Présenter les offres et la plateforme aux équipes opérationnelles clientes
  • Identifier et transmettre en interne les informations nécessaires au déploiement
  • Briefer les acteurs du chantier et suivre la relation client jusqu'à la fin du chantier

Nous recherchons un candidat motivé(e), ambitieux(se) et ayant un esprit entrepreneur. Vous devez avoir une première expérience commerciale dans le secteur du BTP, auprès de promoteurs, bureaux d'études ou ingénierie.

Nous proposons un salaire fixe compétitif + primes (45-65K€), un véhicule de fonction, des RTT et des perspectives d'évolutions intéressantes.
