Dassault Systèmes is seeking a sales-driven and results-oriented Senior Channel Sales Manager to join our team based in Italy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and growing our key top clients alongside our partners, ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions within the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the Partner Trusted Advisor co-defining with partners their Sales Strategy, Transformation and Development Plan in order to achieve sustainable sales and market share growth on 3DEXPERIENCE portfolio.
  • Lead top-level executive relationships and manage the global ecosystem to support enterprise business transformation
  • Define mid and long-term revenue growth strategies for assigned accounts
  • Oversee the 3DS extended team (including Value Added Reseller partners) to ensure revenue plan delivery and overall customer satisfaction, using a Business Consulting approach
  • Build strategic relationships with Partners C-Level and Partners Team and guide joint Business Success, understanding business logics of Indirect Business Partnership.
  • Be the focal point in charge of the Partner Transformation & Development. Be instrumental in the transformation and enablement of the assigned Partner to achieve the Sales Plan (On Premise and On the Cloud) based on Target initiatives (provisioning and operation), he/she will be in charge of the following steps of execution according to Sales Value Engagements processes.
  • Be involved in the Strategic Development Plan of the Partner by co-designing the go-to-market strategy in order to support, guide and bring sales & client data insights to ensure its compliance with Dassault Systèmes' growth strategy
  • Revenue sourcing and Marketing plan based on TARGET initiatives

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven track record in selling SaaS and Cloud management, preferably within the software, technology, or engineering sectors
  • Over 7 years of experience selling software solutions to large clients in the partner channel
  • Experience in sales team management or a business consulting role is a plus
  • Experience in managing indirect business
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet partners
  • Fluency in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus).
