Job OpportunityWe are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about driving transformation in manufacturing and possess the technical expertise and interpersonal skills required for this role, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a maintenance strategy to move towards a digitalized organization, managing costs and providing technical recommendations.
- Ensure safe and secure operational working conditions by following common EMEA maintenance procedures and adhering to legal requirements.
- Implement an intelligent and effective spare parts management system to guarantee 24-hour operation of utilities and activities.
- Supervise and validate supplier work, develop a maintenance program to ensure equipment reliability and continuous improvement.
- Act as an alternate to the Maintenance Manager and be actively involved in safety and environmental conformity.
- A solid background in maintenance and experience in an industrial environment.
- Skills in fluid processes, mechanics, and analysis principles.
- Electrical certification (low + high voltage) and knowledge of utilities and sprinkler installation.
- Experience in management would be an asset.
- Rigour, prioritization, and analytical skills.

- English proficiency.
