As an experienced operations consultant, you will play a crucial part in helping us achieve our purpose of saving lives and creating a sustainable future for our clients, employees, and communities.
We are expanding our market reach and impact in France and are looking for a manager who can help us transform our clients and work as part of high-performing project teams on large, complex transformational work programmes.
This is a unique opportunity for you to grow both personally and professionally as you contribute to our purpose and work on challenging projects.
As a manager, you will work with industry-leading clients across various sectors to reduce risks and improve business continuity and asset productivity.
You will manage a team of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to identify the root causes of client safety and productivity challenges and create, communicate, and implement solutions.
You will be trusted to work directly with the client identifying pain points and developing and implementing effective solutions to meet their needs.
You will lead the delivery of solutions in safety culture and/or behavioural based safety; PSM; or operational excellence.
You will develop your own and your team's work plans, mobilizing the team to deliver effectively.
You will work with members of your team to build their capabilities and deliver better value to the client.
You will manage project delivery and cultivate client relationships.
This role is home-based in France but will require frequent client travel, potentially up to 4 days per week.
