Head of B2B Sales and Blockchain Strategy

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our B2B sales efforts in the Blockchain industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Identify and engage with potential clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Crypto industry
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to the executive team
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product market fit
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the Blockchain or Crypto industry
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Proven ability to close deals
- Fluency in English is required, other languages are an added value
- Based in Paris, with the option to work across Europe and travel to Paris at least once a month
