At SGS Société Générale de Surveillance SA, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Risk Management function, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining our overall risk management and risk governance framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive critical reviews and challenges of ICAAP deliverables as a 2LoD opinion on governance, capital adequacy, capital planning, and stress testing scenarios.
- Work on interactions between ICAAP/ILAAP and other strategic processes to encompass SREP requirements.
- Participate in the development of the stress testing framework, ensuring consistency with ICAAP & ILAAP frameworks.
- Challenge assumptions and decisions relating to stress test scenarios to ensure sound capital and liquidity management.
- Coordinate the annual update of the stress testing framework, including stress testing scenario development and integrated stress testing results.
Requirements:
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experience in risk and capital management in the financial services industry.
- Ability to drive key deliverables and review of risk appetite indicators.
- Knowledge of regulatory and risk environment in the financial sector or regulatory/supervisory guidelines.
- Experience in capital management projects and analysis of new regulatory frameworks.
- Understanding of risk management frameworks, including financial and non-financial risks.
