TikTok is a leading destination for short-form mobile video, with global headquarters in Los Angeles and Singapore. The company has offices in several major cities worldwide, including New York, London, Dublin, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo.
The Senior Gaming Client Solutions Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day relationship with clients and ensuring their success. As a trusted partner, you will proactively advise clients on opportunities and solutions to exceed their expectations, securing future investment.
This role requires an expert in TikTok's performance & branding auction advertisement products for key clients in the gaming industry. You will propose full-funnel advertisement solutions to prospective clients in the pre-sales stage and be responsible for campaign operation and optimisation of auction advertisement products in the post-sales stage.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow post-sale client relationships with Mobile Gaming advertisers of all sizes.
- Support and work with the Sales team on pre-sale research and pitch with a greater focus on relevant product solutions and advertising strategy.
- Create and optimize client ad strategies by using a wide range of TikTok for Business product solutions, including organic solutions, branding, brandformance and performance products.
- Analyze campaign performance data to offer clients data-driven business insights and at the same time, use those insights to improve our advertising offerings.
- Assist with asset & data collection for various business needs such as Business Cases, Case Studies, and Quarterly Business Review.
- Cooperate with multiple internal teams to set up clients' campaigns for success, including but not limited by Product team, Marketing team, Engineering team, Ad policy team, Creative team, Ad operation team.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to help them troubleshoot client issues during a campaign, provide market feedback, and support TikTok for Business product development.
- Work closely with the creative team to provide gaming clients with creative solutions support including creative insights and creative strategies.
- Cooperate with the ad policy team to ensure the clients and CSM team is kept up to date on any policy changes and get all support needed.
- Cooperate with the Ad Operation team to ensure a smooth and successful campaign execution, and ensure ad specifications and rates are accurate.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in account management/client service roles in digital marketing.
- Extensive knowledge is media buying / user acquisition positions focused on performance marketing.
- Deep understanding & experience of the Gaming ecosystem.
- Experience in optimization, tracking, attribution, SKAN, measurement, and using major tools like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Adjust, etc.
- Data-driven approach. Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Detail oriented, with exceptional organisational skills.
- Opportunity-oriented mindset to upsell revenue from existing gaming clients.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
