About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our team at 360Learning. As a Product Designer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop user interfaces and experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure design consistency
  • Conduct user research to inform design decisions and improve the overall user experience
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across the platform
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality design solutions

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of web and mobile app designs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Figma, with experience in wireframing, prototyping, and design systems
  • Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR)
