Allocator

Pandora is seeking a highly skilled Allocator to drive inventory productivity and efficiency across Owned and Operated stores, the e-store, and outlets.

1. Ensure weekly replenishment for assigned stores, monitoring weeks of cover at store and DV level.
2. Control the replenishment system, allocating products based on sales curves, events, and store assortment, while ensuring activated products and core products are well stocked to support the commercial calendar.
3. Manage stock levels in stores to guarantee high performance during peak periods, avoid shortages, and meet sell-through targets.
4. Assist the allocation team with opening orders and replenishment suggestions for wholesale partners.
5. Provide stock analysis, weekly reporting, and collaborate with open-to-buy specialists and demand planners to ensure stock levels align with forecasted levels.

1. 1-4 years of experience in Merchandise Planning and Stock Management.
2. Proficiency in English and Spanish.
3. Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
4. Ability to work with teams globally.
5. Organized and able to prioritize tasks.
6. Strong MS Office skills, with a focus on Excel.
7. Technical skills such as APTEAN, Power BI, and SAP are a plus.
