Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Beauty Product Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our products and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Customer Service
- Meet or exceed sales targets by selling our beauty products to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving customer complaints
- Product Knowledge
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our beauty products, including their features, benefits, and uses
- Stay up-to-date on new product launches and promotions
- Store Operations
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Restock shelves and displays as needed
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
