We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Systems Engineering & Product Design division in Paris. Our team is composed of dedicated professionals who are passionate about assisting organizations in the development of complex products and services across various sectors, including automotive, defense, aerospace, and rail.

Project Details

In response to the growing demands of a high-stakes client project, we are looking to enhance our validation teams, particularly within the automotive sector. A hybrid work model, allowing for two days of remote work per week, is available depending on project requirements.

As a consultant, you will report to a Team Manager who will support you throughout your projects and aid in your professional and personal development within Capgemini Engineering.

Role Responsibilities

As an ADAS Validation Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Customizing the generic documentation to fit the project requirements.
  • Consolidating the system development plan tailored to the project (cost, timeline, resource allocation, organization, etc.).
  • Producing system documentation relevant to your project.
  • Overseeing the system development plan to ensure alignment with component development plans.
  • Managing the integration and validation of your system, addressing any anomalies identified during validation.
  • Providing synthesis for the system and reporting to the Project and Business teams.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree from an engineering school or a master's level qualification in electronics and embedded systems.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in testing and/or validation, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ADAS system architecture, system validation, and component development.
  • Proficiency in validation tools (e.g., CANalyzer, DDT2000).
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Familiarity with 'power distribution' and 'vehicle modes' is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, enabling effective teamwork and client interaction.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
