At Powerdot, we're revolutionizing the way people charge their cars. Our mission is to accelerate sustainable mobility by investing in, installing, and operating EV chargers with a cutting-edge business model. We're looking for a motivated legal professional to join our team and help us navigate the complex world of contracts and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our Chief Legal Officer to streamline legal workflows, processes, and systems.
  • Review and draft contracts, ensuring compliance with local legislation across multiple countries.
  • Develop and manage our contract lifecycle through contract management software, ensuring key deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Provide legal support to internal teams, helping them navigate compliance, labor, and privacy issues.
  • Attend client and supplier meetings to address legal queries and provide expert advice.
  • Create and maintain legal documents, checklists, guides, and standard drafts for various departments.
  • Organize and manage internal legal files, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for reporting purposes.
  • Identify opportunities for standardizing processes across legal functions to enhance efficiency.

We're looking for a candidate with 4-5 years of legal experience, registration with the French Bar Association, and a strong desire to move beyond traditional law firms and make an impact in the tech/scale-up world. Fluency in French and English is a must, and experience with contract management systems and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
