About the RoleWe are seeking a Compliance Officer Market Surveillance to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our surveillance team, you will be responsible for optimizing the operational framework for market surveillance, detecting potential market abuse, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Piloting the optimization of the operational framework for market surveillance, including the generation, treatment, escalation, and closure of alerts related to market surveillance, potential market abuse, and regulatory requirements.
- Conducting investigations and reviews of alerts related to market integrity, in collaboration with the surveillance team and the Global Markets Advisory team.
- Leading the training and development of the surveillance analyst based in Porto, in collaboration with the local management.
- Maintaining an up-to-date risk map related to market integrity (Market abuse risk assessment) to prioritize surveillance actions and system development.
You will work in an international environment, within a community of experts who prioritize excellence, impact, and collective action. As a Compliance Officer Market Surveillance, you will contribute to the optimization of our market surveillance function and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in compliance and market surveillance. You should have:
- A degree in a relevant field and a proven track record in a similar role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate alerts and manage data through market surveillance systems.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, including products and classes of assets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with global stakeholders and lead projects.
- Fluency in English (C1 level).
