Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our French office and contribute to the development of our CRM suite. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing the campaign creation and management flows for email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push notifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and interactive mockups using Figma.
- Conduct and analyze user research, usability tests, and data-driven design improvements to optimize the user experience.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to accurately implement designs, considering technical constraints.
- Work closely with product managers (PMs) to define product requirements and align design solutions with business objectives.
- Utilize and contribute to design systems, maintaining visual consistency across all product touch points.
- 3 years of experience working as a Product Designer.
- Proficient with Figma, experience with advanced prototyping tools is appreciated.
- Data driven: experience with product analytics software is a plus.
- A strong communicator: you effectively interact with others to build relationships, influence, and facilitate the sharing of ideas and information.
