Career Opportunity:

We're seeking an experienced Sales Lead Nurturer to join our CRM & Lifecycle team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for driving sales-led funnel CRM engagement journeys and converting leads into deals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead management strategies to optimize lead quality and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the Sales-led mission and CRM Chapter team to create and implement lead generation campaigns
  • Work closely with the Data Analyst and Scientists to develop and implement lead scoring models to prioritize leads for sales follow-up
  • Continuously evaluate and improve lead management processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness

Your Ideal Background:

  • 5-6 years of experience in CRM lead management
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and initiatives
  • Experience in monitoring and improving multi-channel CRM journey
