Cross Border Engagement and Key Country Events Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Cross Border Engagement and Key Country Events Lead. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading Contract Research Organisation (CRO) and contribute to the advancement of clinical research.
Key Responsibilities- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all cross-border engagement activities are in compliance with local regulations and requirements.
- Event Planning: Plan and coordinate international events, including conferences, meetings, and workshops.
- Logistics Management: Manage all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of events, including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with events.
- Technology and Data Management: Implement and manage technology solutions to support event planning and execution.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, event management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in event planning, management, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Location: Based in France or Belgium, with frequent travel to international locations.
