Job Title: Net Revenue Manager Consumer Goods South West

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Net Revenue Manager to join our Consumer Goods team in the South West region. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing pricing strategies across our key markets in France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies across key markets, leveraging market intelligence, analytics, and financial data.
  • Lead a team of 3 net revenue managers based in France, Spain, and Italy, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of revenue growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to drive a revenue management mindset and embed strategies into 'business as usual' activity.
  • Utilize scenario planning and market intelligence to develop strategies that influence key areas of revenue growth, including price, promotion, PPA, mix, and trade spend efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to multiple stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in revenue management, with a strong understanding of pricing strategies and market trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
