We Are 5 Values seek an experienced Full Stack Developer to join their growing team in Paris. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about both frontend and backend technologies, who enjoy solving complex problems and collaborating with cross-functional teams.



About the Role

As a Full Stack Developer at We Are 5 Values, you will work with cutting-edge technology to develop and optimize a high-performing platform. Your key responsibilities will include:




  • Developing and maintaining both frontend and backend features, ensuring performance and scalability.
  • Optimizing the platform to improve user experience and efficiency.
  • Fixing bugs to enhance platform stability and reliability.
  • Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other developers during sprints.
  • Proactively finding solutions to support platform evolution and reduce technical debt.
  • Participating in code reviews, technical discussions, and actively contributing to team growth.
  • Writing unit tests to ensure the robustness of the codebase.


Requirements

We Are 5 Values are looking for a candidate with:




  • 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
  • Strong skills in JavaScript, React, Redux, RxJS, and TypeScript, with a demonstrated ability to build responsive UIs.
  • Backend experience with Python and Flask, including RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
