Logistics Team Manager

At Daher, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the work of our logistics team.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the teams and implement a proximity management system to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure the implementation and application of quality, safety, environment, security, and employment code rules.
- Manage and maintain the cleanliness of all preparation, shipping, and storage areas.
- Contribute to human resources management, including training, induction, vacations, and annual appraisals.
- Inspect logistics activities, including the arrival and reception of goods, management of goods locations and storage, and ensuring correct order preparation.
- Manage stocks and ensure compliance with warehousing rules.
- Implement the resources required to achieve the targets set and organize your team(s) to suit the activity concerned.
- Assist operators by providing instructions and explanations in the event of problems and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Interact with customers and/or suppliers and report all anomalies, productivity variances, technical problems, etc. to your line manager.
- Complete the dashboard of indicators for the activity and produce activity and results reports for your scope of responsibility.
- Take responsibility for the KPI performance of your department and lead and manage a team, ensuring that employee skills are developed in line with business developments and the needs of the organization.
