Your Mission

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Ambassador at our All Suites Appart Hôtel*** Bordeaux Marne location.

As a Front Desk Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Your Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and identifying guests and their visitors during their stay, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.
  • Providing information and recommendations on local activities, attractions, and services.
  • Handling phone calls, correspondence, and administrative tasks related to the front desk.
  • Communicating with guests and colleagues to promote our services and amenities.
  • Managing reservations, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensuring the overall satisfaction of our guests and providing exceptional customer service.

Your Profile

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

You should be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
