We are offering a unique opportunity to join EUROAPI's Supply Chain team as a Data Analyst - Inventory Optimization Specialist, based at our head office in Paris.
This role is dedicated to supporting all aspects of inventory management across the company.
As a Data Analyst - Inventory Optimization Specialist, you will leverage analytical skills to collect, organize, and interpret data, developing actionable improvements to stock position. By ensuring data accuracy and proactive problem-solving, you will contribute to supporting decision-making and alignment across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Initial Assessment
- Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain & financial data related to inventory to assess where the main Working Capital consumers are (inventory evolution by sites, product family...).
- Gather all current practices across the sites to build a mapping of ongoing actions (Make to Order vs Make to Stock, decoupling points initiatives, multiple campaigning...).
- Identify and investigate process inefficiencies and propose solutions to overcome challenges.
- Propose approaches and methodologies to initiate inventory reduction initiatives.
- Project Support
- Contribute to the Inventory Reduction Program by providing data analytics support, structuring approach to tackle inventory calculation inefficiencies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data analytics to enhance inventory management efficiency (Stock Health Management, stock policy calculation, stock policy adherence, decoupling points identification etc.).
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Preparing a master's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Global Engineering
- Autonomous and structured
- Advanced skills in MS Excel (formulas: vlookup, sumifs, countifs...) and comfortable with creating comprehensive MS PowerPoint slides
- Fluent in both English and French

Estimated Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
