Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Development Representative to join our team at Flexis. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic relationships with 3PL and Retailer clients in your country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate customer leads and build a portfolio of recurring clients
  • Contribute to the development and execution of Flexis' commercial strategy in your area of responsibility
  • Collaborate with the sales team to build project sales approaches tailored to each customer's needs
  • Foster collaboration with the team to adapt and improve solution offerings to match customer needs

Requirements

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with ability to manage customer relationships in complex environments
  • Customer obsession with a holistic view to build trust
  • High communication and listening skills
  • Engagement for sustainability transition (environment, health & safety)
  • Fluent English and French
  • Agile and eager to learn and share

About Flexis

We want to become the primary provider of electrified last mile delivery services through connected solutions and vehicles for our B2B partners and customers. To make this project come true, the future Joint Venture Flexis will receive initial funding and support from two major actors of the commercial vehicle sector. We are a team of diverse peers looking to create a future company that will grow to 100+ collaborators over the next six months.
