About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
- Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
