Job Summary

This role is part of the high-performing Sales Operations and Optimization team, supporting sales organization success. The team works closely with sales leadership and drives investment in sales force effectiveness. As a Senior Sales Performance Lead, you will work with Director of Sales Operations EMEA and regional leadership to drive overall productivity and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align Commercial Rhythm of the Business: Support sales leadership team's review and planning activities by aligning and embedding the commercial rhythm of the business.
  • Sales Team Effectiveness: Ensure sales teams run effectively and productively by interacting with sales teams, leadership, and supporting functions to drive revenue.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Work with other functional disciplines to facilitate training, onboarding, and guide new sales team members.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide sales leadership with data and recommendations for improving sales funnel, sales processes, and results.
  • Pipeline Hygiene: Lead pipeline hygiene to ensure accurate forecasting and achieve objectives.
  • Planning and Budgeting: Ensure planning, forecasting, and budgeting efforts are integrated with other planning processes.
  • Sales Objectives: Support sales organization and provide counsel to commercial sales leaders to implement sales objectives that reflect corporate and regional goals.
  • Global Consistency: Partner with global sales operations teams to support regional needs while driving global consistency in tools, processes, and measurement.
  • Process Implementation: Implement and manage globally standardized sales forecasting, opportunity management, and planning processes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a positive attitude, professional working relationships, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects. You should be a self-starter, highly motivated, and results-driven with exceptional communication skills. Experience in B2B software environments is a plus. Advanced MS Office knowledge and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems are required.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
