Role Overview:

As a Salesforce Business Analyst at InterEx Group, you will work closely with key stakeholders to analyse business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure Salesforce solutions meet business needs.

With a deep understanding of Salesforce features, functionality, and integration capabilities, you will drive the successful deployment of Salesforce projects that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for Salesforce projects.
  • Analyse current business processes and identify areas where Salesforce can deliver improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and architects to ensure that solutions are aligned with business goals.
  • Assist in the testing and validation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring that they meet functional and technical specifications.
  • Support the change management process, including training end-users and creating documentation for new features and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce projects.
  • Proven ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce features, functionality, and integration capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
  • Experience working within the manufacturing industry and a strong grasp of manufacturing processes and challenges.
