At The Social Hub Group, we're on a mission to revolutionize the hospitality industry, and we're looking for a talented Regional Revenue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Revenue & Distribution department, you'll play a crucial role in maximizing hotel revenue and profitability across our regional portfolio.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth and market share for your assigned locations through data-driven analysis, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Maximize profitability by optimizing pricing, distribution channels, and communication with hotel management teams.
  • Produce timely and accurate reporting to local leadership teams and the Head of Revenue Management.
  • Participate in forecasting, budgeting, and annual planning to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with brand pricing, promotional, and digital initiatives to inform revenue growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with hotel management teams to drive results through effective training and coaching.
  • Assist in implementing Revenue Management standards and working on projects to enhance revenue performance.
  • Support the development and implementation of succession planning for the Revenue Management team.
Your Ideal Profile:
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Revenue Management within a multi-property or cluster role.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as econometrics, hotel or tourism management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to communicate and interpret data.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, with experience in Power BI and/or SQL an advantage.
  • Fluency in English, with Dutch an advantage.
  • Experience with property management systems and Revenue Management Systems is mandatory, with MEWS and Flyer experience preferred.
  • International experience an advantage.
  • Willingness to work in Amsterdam, ideally living in or near the city.
