Defensive Cyber Security Specialist

CLOUD TEMPLE is seeking a highly skilled Defensive Cyber Security Engineer to join its teams in France. As a key member of our Security Operations Centre (SOC), you will play a critical role in guaranteeing the security of our information systems through rigorous and proactive management of security incidents, as well as the continuous improvement of security processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate security alerts and incidents using our SIEM tools, identifying and mitigating potential threats.
- Manage reported incidents, qualifying alerts to determine their nature and seriousness, and communicating effectively with internal teams and customers.
- Develop and implement detection rules to improve the responsiveness and effectiveness of our SOC in the face of new threats.
- Collaborate with Cyber Threat Intelligence services to integrate emerging threats into our detection strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in cybersecurity, ensuring our SOC remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Improve processes to increase the operational efficiency of the SOC.
- Graduate of an engineering school or equivalent (5 years' higher education).
- At least 3 years in systems and network engineering.
- Ideal: 1 year in a SOC.
- SIEM (basic principles, ideally knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel and Graylog).
- Appreciated certifications: Microsoft SC-200 (Microsoft Security Operations Analyst).
English: full professional capability.
