**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced **Enterprise Account Executive** to join our Sales team. As a key member of our growing organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our Product-Led Sales (PLS) strategy and building trust with clients. Your primary responsibility will be to sell our Enterprise Edition to business leaders and help them succeed with Strapi's platform.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Store and update information in our tools (HubSpot, Chargebee, etc.)

* Utilize your technical sales expertise to sell software solutions to enterprise clients

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT, Product Management, Marketing teams, and other lines of business

* Communicate effectively with clients through verbal and written English skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working with Content Management Systems

What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary, which is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location considerations. Additionally, every Strapier has equity that grows with them in the company, and they receive comprehensive benefits, including premium medical, dental, and vision coverage. We also offer 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave for every new Strapi parent and mental health support. Furthermore, we cover all hardware and software needed, so employees can work efficiently, and we have a referral program to support their professional development.
