Are you passionate about sales and the equestrian industry? We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to strengthen our team and expand our business across all channels:

  • Agriculture and Agribusiness
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader Benelux & France and the marketing teams to execute digital-first campaigns with key retailers.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for major clients to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Implement a structured sales process focused on supporting sell-through.
  • Create data-driven reports and conduct meetings with customers.
  • Ensure timely and professional reporting and management.
  • Assist with any other duties as assigned by the Team Leader Benelux & France and Senior Team.
  • Build a close working relationship with management to support business initiatives.
  • Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving and change management skills.
  • Analytical skills and knowledge of data reporting.
  • Efficient organization, planning, time management, and prioritization.
  • IT skills, including MS Office (especially Excel).

More than 3 years of experience in territory management with retail and major accounts.

  • Proven track record with retail customers (brick-and-mortar, online, and omni) to drive revenue growth.
